We got on an international bus into Thailand. We got through immigration really quickly. At the border we caught a 5 minute tuk-tuk ride to our hotel, Park and Pool Resort. We played catch the tennis ball in the pool and had delicious ice cream, tasty sweet and sour chicken for lunch and lovely carbonara for dinner.
We had our best sleep for 3 weeks. We had bacon, fried eggs, pineapple, watermelon and ovaltine for breakfast. We walked to a proper shopping mall and had tasty strawberry coated ice cream. I had 2 meals for lunch. They were bbq pork and duck in soup. Then we played in the pool. Our room was sparkling clean and very spacious. It was very nice to be back in Thailand.
We caught a train to Udon Thani The train journey was nice and peaceful. We caught a tuk-tuk to The Lion King Hotel. The hotel was alright, except I didn't have a proper bed. We ate squid fried rice for lunch and then went to the best kept park in Thailand and played in the playground and walked round the lake. The hotel owners were very nice, and gave us free transport to the airport. I had a delicious bacon and cheese croissant for breakfast.
We caught a 55 minute flight to Bangkok.
We caught a VIP shuttle bus to Khao San Road, then walked to our favourite hotel Nakorn Ping and had tasty chicken green curry for dinner at our favourite restaurant, Nancy Home.
We had tasty pancakes and eggs for breakfast then caught the free local Thai bus to MBK. We had delicious crab meat and duck noodles for lunch. We nearly got scammed at the train station, but we made a lucky escape. We watched The Lego Batman Movie at MBK. It was awesome. I thought The Lego Batman Movie was better than The Lego Movie because there was more action. On Burnout 3 in the arcade, I beat 25 takedowns. We had delicious shrimp and duck for tea.
We caught a taxi to the train station. We caught a 2nd class sleeper train to Ko Samui. It had lots of mosquitos on board and we were on big reclining chairs. Dad let me have an eyepatch because they didn't turn the lights off.
When we arrived at Surat Thani train station we had to wait for an hour before the bus took us to the port. We caught a catamaran to Ko Samui. We were quite lucky to get a seat on the Catamaran. We caught a long tuk-tuk drive to our hotel. It was raining very heavily. Our hotel room was very big, clean and modern. We had duck noodles for lunch and tasty yellow curry at the night market for dinner.
We had delicious banana milk and cookies. We built massive sand castles and jumped lots of waves. We had ridiculously spicy chicken wings and lovely boneless chicken. We went to the arcade but the Terminator game didn't work so we played pinball instead.
We had delicious ham and cheese croissant for breakfast. We jumped massive waves and dug the biggest hole in the sand. We stayed on the beach for over 4 hours. It was awesome. I had 11 different types of sushi. The different types were prawn, sea bass with soy sauce, salmon, tuna and seaweed. But there were many more.
Dad woke up with a swollen foot, but the doctor assured us it would be ok. We had delicious stir fried garlic chicken for lunch. When we played Jurassic Park in the arcade we got killed because it only took one bite from the T Rex. I had tasty sushi again for dinner.
We got up early and caught a minivan to the ferry port. The ferry was a lot nicer than the catamaran because it was larger and more comfortable. Then we caught a comfortable bus to the city centre. Finally we got a horrible tuk-tuk to our hotel. The reason the tuk-tuk driver was horrible was because we didn't pay tourist price he dropped us short and we had to walk in the burning sun. We had delicious duck and noodles in the food court for lunch and a tasty KFC for dinner.
We caught a tuk-tuk to the minivan bus station. Next we caught a cramped minivan to Trang. We then caught another tuk-tuk to our hotel. Our room was big and spacious with a noisy aircon and a TV which didn't work. We had delicious pork ribs for lunch. For tea we went to the night market. At the night market we had a tasty blue drink with sweets on the top. I also had lovely bbq pork and corn on the cob.
We caught a tuk-tuk to the botanical gardens. We went on the skywalk first. The skywalk was better than the one in Taiwan. In the botanical gardens there were lots of beautiful flowers and the longest ant run I have ever seen. We had delicious chicken biriyani and a strawberry sorbet with sweets for dinner.
We caught a 3 hour minibus to Satun. In our hotel it had a separate luxurious sofa in our room and it had amazing wifi. It was very hot, but we made it to the mall. We had tasty KFC for lunch and fruit for tea.
We got up early to go to the ferry port to catch a ferry to Langkawi, Malaysia.
